Well holy shit this went well! We had 27 riders show up to race a track nobody besides Arthur had ridden before, not even me. We got a few practise runs in before the spotters were in place - nobody died. Ryan theobald showed up with his family to watch the race - good to see you Theobald! Thanks Polya, Arthur, Max Kaye, Bean, Willow, Marcel and Raggie for volunteering and helping make this race run smoothly and safely. Couldn't have done it without your help. It was a cold day but it was clear skies. It began to rain lightly just a bit around the semi finals but people were still stoked. We had a couple juniors show up, one of which it was his first race. Way to go Kiyan! You killed it! Shoutout to Micah Green making his way to our race. Thanks for coming out buddy! The top 8 riders earned points today. Troy finally slipped up and was in the consi finals, which he won earning 12 points and behind him was Luthifer Fast, Dylan Lalonde and Matt Noseworthy . Finals were exciting down to the last inch. Mack secured the win by only inched as dexter tried to capitolize on mack slipping up on the last corner before the finish but he held on and grabbed the win. Kyle Methhammer and Danger Dane snagged 3rd and 4th respectively. This result brings the standings closer and its exciting to see some more names make it onto the scoreboard.
