Calling Witnesses!

To whom is may concern,
There has been a dispute on the standings of the Clydesdale race held in Kimberley BC on July 15th, 2011. The dispute is pertaining to a discrepancy between the 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Allegedly, the current 2nd place finalist claimed this spot before finishing all mandatory beers. Whereas the current 3rd place finalist, having beer finished, took 3rd place unknowingly.
This is a call for witnesses to this event to help clear said discrepancy. If anyone has video or photo evidence it would be greatly appreciated as would any testimonies which would aid with the ongoing investigation.
