Helmet Camera

Alright so i am looking to buy a helmet camera for boarding primarily, and sailing secondary. Has anyone tried the contour hd camera? i know they have better resolution and quality, but lack the waterproof and are thrice the price of a gopro. im not down for thrice the price unless im getting 5 times the performance. anyone who has had experience with the contour hd or gopro please let me know!

The HD gopro is easiest camra ive used
and the quility is unreal for the size
super easy to transfer to a Mac to if thats what your running

id get the go pro if i were u thats what i use and i love it. the countour seems like it would get anoying with the two parts and the cord and shit, the go pro is one super small compact system. thats just my opinyun though
