I'm trying to register for the push and start fundraising. My parents are unhappy with me going and leaving on what's usually a family weekend and going all that way (I'm from edmonton)but if I fundraise enough I'm sure they'll come around because its for a good cause.
Problem: the PUSHFORTHECURE website wont let me download the paperwork.
Conclusion: Where do I get the forms to register, pledges, and letter of intent?
