Wheres a good place in Vic to teach a noob

So im moving to Vic next week and have a friend who just got her first board, I want a place to teach her some stuff where its not super busy, if i was in van id go to the chan, I want something about that level for her

Like never stood on a board noob or never gone down a hill? Either way a good spot is the galloping goose trail. its relatively flat with some little hills and one or two corners on it.
